Full-time Bursary for Less Fortunate South African Females
Traxtion invites all South African females who are without funds to pay for their studies yet are admitted for enrolment to study with a TVET College within the Republic of South Africa.
All student applicants will be considered based on all the terms and conditions, listed below.
- Applicants must be between the ages of 18 and 35 years and accepted by a TVET College, that is registered with the Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET). The student must be admitted and/or registered to study in the year 2025, towards a National diploma in any of the below listed fields of study:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electronic Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Students who must demonstrate an average 60% (minimum C symbol) of academic performance in their final matric results.
- Preference shall be given to students who:
- Have an excellent academic performance.
- Are orphans and/or child headed families.
- Possess a valid identity documentation of the Republic of South Africa.
- Reside in North West, Free State and Gauteng – where Traxtion has a footprint
- Applications must be submitted by completing the form and will only be considered if accompanied by:
- Proof of acceptance in a letterhead of the respective TVET College.
- Final Examination results
- Proof of address
- A commendation letter by a community leader, school principal or lecturer in the institution where the student is registered will be considered in support of the students’ conduct in school/community or any other institution of learning.
- Copy of a Valid ID
- The applications for bursaries must be submitted online between the dates of 01 to 15 December 2024. late application will not be considered.
