We are seeking a Procurement Manager who will lead the procurement of locomotive parts, components and services for the whole Traxtion Group. The role has end-to-end accountability for the procurement function, from demand planning and sourcing through to supplier management, contract administration, and on-time delivery, ensuring continuity of supply, cost competitiveness, and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will be a commercially astute and strategic procurement leader who can balance operational excellence with long-term value creation. They will drive sourcing strategies, develop and manage key supplier relationships, negotiate favourable commercial outcomes, mitigate supply chain risks, and continuously improve procurement processes. In addition, they will lead and develop a high-performing procurement team, ensuring the function effectively supports the Group’s operational and strategic objectives.
