This position requires an impeccably groomed, articulate and highly professional individual who excels at balancing front-of-house hospitality with rigorous back-office execution. Operating from our Rosslyn site during the 07:00 – 16:30 shift, the incumbent will possess excellent technical acumen—including full PC literacy and a strong preference for Sage knowledge—enabling them to manage petty cash reconciliations, coordinate corporate events and guarantee 100% compliance with essential site safety processes, such as visitor inductions.

We are seeking a Procurement Manager who will lead the procurement of locomotive parts, components and services for the whole Traxtion Group. The role has end-to-end accountability for the procurement function, from demand planning and sourcing through to supplier management, contract administration, and on-time delivery, ensuring continuity of supply, cost competitiveness, and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will be a commercially astute and strategic procurement leader who can balance operational excellence with long-term value creation. They will drive sourcing strategies, develop and manage key supplier relationships, negotiate favourable commercial outcomes, mitigate supply chain risks, and continuously improve procurement processes. In addition, they will lead and develop a high-performing procurement team, ensuring the function effectively supports the Group’s operational and strategic objectives.

We are looking for an experienced Customs and Compliance Manager to join our Supply Chain Division. The Customs and Compliance Manager owns customs and trade compliance for the Traxtion Group across its African operations. You will hold end-to-end accountability for customs documentation, pre-shipment inspections and clearing-agency performance, covering tariff classification and valuation through to declaration, clearance and post-entry audit. Reporting to the Group Supply Chain Executive, you will bring specialist customs expertise to the division and direct its inbound and outbound logistics operations. This is a role for a customs specialist who knows African trade regimes in depth, keeps declarations accurate and defensible, and keeps cargo moving when shipments are queried or held. You will operate across multiple jurisdictions, hold clearing agents and service providers firmly to account, and lead a logistics team.
