We are searching for Diesel Electrical Fitter Apprentices to train at our Training Centre based at our Rail Services Hub in Rosslyn, Pretoria. The candidate should have matriculated with Mathematics, Science and English and have N2 related trade subjects. The apprenticeship is valid for three years following which the candidate will be QCTO assessed as a Diesel Electric Fitter (artisan). The ideal candidates will have a passion for engineering and a sound knowledge of the rail industry.

PROCESS ADMINISTRATOR
We are looking for a Process Administrator to provide administrative and processing support to the Technical Administration team within the Technical Workshop. The role’s primary focus is following up requisitions and purchase orders from submission through to delivery and invoicing, keeping accurate tracking records, and proactively flagging delays, discrepancies or outstanding items back to the Technical Administration team and relevant manager so they can be resolved before they affect the production schedule. This is a support role — it does not carry technical planning, engineering or supervisory responsibility.

MAINTENANCE QC
We are looking for a Maintenance QC responsible for verifying fleet maintenance compliance with industry safety regulations, company policies and maintenance schedules. The role conducts in-depth inspections, functional testing, troubleshooting, and diagnostics across locomotive components and electrical systems during maintenance and refurbishment processes. Additionally, this role oversees the creation, updating, and auditing of technical Build Files and quality documentation to support site operations and senior management reporting.
