For over 30 years, our teams have worked across every aspect of rail operations.

That insight now fuels one of Africa’s leading rail education programmes. Whether you’re a first-time learner or an experienced professional, our courses are designed to deliver measurable improvement in performance, safety and compliance.

We are fully accredited by TETA, QCTO and NAMB to deliver a wide range of rail qualifications. Our instructors, assessors, and moderators are registered professionals, ensuring full compliance with national and occupational standards.

Our qualifications include:
• Diesel-electric fitter training with Red Seal certification
• Certified training for drivers, shunters, controllers and assistants
• Safety and brake system compliance
• Technical upskilling in mechanical and electrical fields

Our in-house course materials are developed specifically for the African rail environment and approved by all relevant regulatory bodies.

Our Diesel Electric Fitter apprenticeship spans three years and includes hands-on training, trade test preparation and formal assessment by accredited moderators. We also offer refresher and recurrence training for experienced professionals, ensuring compliance with evolving safety and operational standards.

To date, we have trained more than 700 drivers and over 200 red seal technicians, helping build a stronger, safer and more skilled workforce across the continent.
